Drawings disappearing

Hi Everyone!
My problem is this:
I have a Toon Boom file in Mac which contains a character named “DUEÑO”. I’ve sent this file to a person who’s working in Pc, and when he opened the file, Toon Boom showed him an error. The drawings in the Layer “DUEÑO” were missing!, we don’t know what was happening, but we assumed that the letter “Ñ” has something to do with it because when I sent him another file with no “Ñ” he could opened it with no problems.

Anybody with the same problem and with a solution, please!!??

Avoid accented characters and name everything in lower-case letters. I have gone over this in more detail in other threads of the same subject.
