Hello,
I’m hoping this is a rookie mistake that will be easy to answer. I am working on a PC and after I drop a template into my scene and try to save I get the following error
The following errors occured:
- Cannot rename folder: e:/Projects/Screenplays and Ideas/Animated Subway Short/Characters/Sophia/Animations/Sophia_Test/Sophia_Test/elements/Sophia_Pupil_Left.152 to Sophia_Pupil_Left.
- Cannot rename folder: e:/Projects/Screenplays and Ideas/Animated Subway Short/Characters/Sophia/Animations/Sophia_Test/Sophia_Test/elements/Sophia_Pupil_Right.153 to Sophia_Pupil_Right.
Its a much longer list, but this issue is the same for all. My hand symbol swaps disappear after this and when I go to reopen the project all of the items are missing that are listed in the error warning
Oooh this sounds tricky. You should email support@toonboom.com for help with this one. Are you trying to save into a template library that’s located on an external disk or a network drive? Perhaps you don’t have the appropriate permissions to save there.
