Drawing Pen Input Misaligned

Yo. Ever since I’ve got this gosh dang program, it has done nothing short but test my patience: When I first started using it, all pen input was misaligned from where I actually drew it (I use a Wacom Cintiq 12WX/Windows 7 OS). This problem had been fixed when I changed displays from an Extended Display into a Duplicate Display, to which the input was 1:1.

…Two thirds into a project I am working on currently and the previous problem resurfaces EVEN ON Duplicate Display now. At this current state, it is impossible to even draw anything coherent. I don’t see anyone encountering the same issue and I am looking for help so I can finally finish this project without having to export EVERYTHING onto a different program. I’ve tried uninstalling/reinstalling drivers, restarting the computer, disk clean-up, and messing around with some of the settings.

A response would be quite lovely if anyone knows the answer to it, because I hate having to pay monthly for a program that is hardly even functional and worth the price.

Hi grizzlymittz,

Please email us at desk@toonboom.com

I will provide you a step by step and also URL for a version of Wacom Drivers that fix most of your current issues.
