so ive drawn out blinking eyelids for a turn around
they keep moving off
the pivot is a drawing pivot and set to control the peg
ive selected it and moved it in the drawing layer (not as a transform as dont want keyframes), reset the pivot to match
does stay there, only moves away further
no idea what would be driving it to do this
