Drawing in Wrong Location

Recently when I’ve drawn in toon boom it’s drawn a decent amount to the right, no matter where I draw. I have a Huion Kamvaz Pro 12.

It worked just fine when I used my laptop. I now have a desktop PC and as soon as I started drawing the problem began. Any help would be appreciated and this basically makes it close to impossible to use without messing up.

I’m also having this problem, except the line is to the left and I’m using wacom. It’s very annoying
