Distort 2D object in 3D SPACE

I’m using Harmony Premium and wondering if there’s any way to distort a 2D object in the Z axys? For example a piece of paper, making it fold forward and backwards.

For example let’s say this animation:

but just distorting a rectangle. Just to add some context in an animation I’m working a picture flies and folds, I’m wondering if I can do this using the 3D or any other way then drawing every frame of the picture flying .

Thanks in advance

I’ve been studying for days now and I found that the MORPHING tool may be an option you may consider. The keyboard shortcut is Alt + M and it takes some practice but it is HIGHLY intuitive.

It’s like auto-tweening, you will have to go into the tool preferences and select maybe pencil hints or zone options.
