Your question is not clear. Display what in real time?
If you’re asking about playing back an entire Storyboard project
from the timeline in real time, you would need a very good graphic
card but depending on the project - even the best one available might
not be able to do it.
Instead select a subsection of your storyboard and play that back
once to load it into the graphic card memory. Subsequent playbacks
should be at or close to real time.
If you need to see the entire movie with correct timing, export to
movie file and play back the movie.
