Display Problems under Win 7 with Nvidia Card

Hello, I hope this is the right part of the forum.

I have switched to Windows 7 64-Bit and installed a new graphics card (switch from an older ATI Radeon to a Nvidia GTX 285.

I have been using Toon Boom 5 for a while with this system, but there is one major glitch that is bothering me: The window does not refresh properly. Very often the image or part of the image gets “stuck” and does not change until I minimize and open the window again.

I have already tried switching between OpenGL and Direct3D, so far to no avail. What else can I do to stop this from happening?

Hi there,

If you could take a screenshot of the problem you’re experiencing, and send it to support@toonboom.com they’ll be happy to help you out.

Thanks,

Lindsay
