Displacement map/ bum map in harmony?

Is there a way of using an image as a displacement map / bump map to deform another using the alpha or lightness values??

There is no ‘displacement map / bump map’ in Toon Boom Harmony, but there are similar ones. Please refer to the document:

I was looking for something that deforms an image based on another… like the turbulence node but deforming according to a black and white image
