DESPERATE HELP NEEDED. MONTHLY SUBSCRIPTION HAS CEASED WORKING EVEN THOUGH I PAID FOR IT ONLY A FEW DAYS AGO.

Come into work this morning (I live in Tasmania, Australia) and start up Storyboard Pro, which I pay for monthly, and it no longer activates. The Licence Wizard then says that I don’t have a licence of Storyboard Pro…which is BS. Toon Boom website itself recognises that I have one paid for.

I desperately need this to start working today as I’m in the middle of a huge project.

Anyone else have this problem?

I don’t know if I can wait around for Support from Canada to get back to me…it could take hours.

I’ve uninstalled it and tried to re-install it and it still doesn’t recognise my licence. This is very frustrating. Not having any support on the other side of the globe is incredibly annoying…
