Desktop Subscription Problem

Hello, there. I have a problem after resetting my laptop and reinstalling my Toon Boom Harmony. I can’t activate my license and this popped up on the program. Anyone who knows how to help me, please reply. I really need to complete my assignments.

For what it’s worth, I’m just now getting a similar problem. I have an active license, but the software isn’t detecting it. I don’t know how to solve it, unfortunately.
