My problem may not even be with the actual cutter tool, but I am following along with the tutorials for breaking my character up for cut-out animation and I’m stuck.
I am on video 7.4 and was trying to use the cutter tool for the body of my character. All is well until I look at my new body layer alone. The cutter tool seems to only be grabbing the lines. My color art does not appear on the new layer as it does in the tutorial video.
