Crashing

HELP, New user last month. I can open first sscreen where you select “new” or “open existing”. Whatever I select it closes. I uninstalled and reinstalled. We are looking ar your software to add to the class offerings.

If you are on a PC, can you please ensure that your graphic drivers are fully up to date?
