Crashing

I can open the program itself, but when I try to create a new project it crashes, windows says that the program is no longer responding, here are the error details:

I would really appreciate some help fixing this problem, I have the newest version of the software and just installed it

I would like to have a look at this issue via TeamViewer, I believe this could be due to the graphics card profile been used.
