I purchase the educational harmony 16 pro a few weeks ago and installed it. and when I started creating a new file it crashes. I don’t know what’s the problem and I wanted to start animating. can someone help me

There’s nothing in the crash report indicating any type of cause.
The issue could be where you’re trying to save the project.
A screenshot made of the save window might help.
Alternately you could contact support to have a look on your system.
Well i did try to save it in another file instead of the one they give me
If its crashing on trying to create or load a scene, it may be an OpenGL issue.
It could be the graphic card does not support it, or that the driver settings are
not optimized.
Please contact support to remotely connect to your system to help investigate
this further.
The processor i have is Pentium(R) Dual-Core and the window i have is window 7 ultimate
Which graphic card model?
Did you try re-installing the graphic card driver?
