Crashes in Perspective View

My computer crashes every time I want to check the perspective view on Animate Pro. Any ideas how do I fix this?

Help requested

What’s your graphic card model on this system?

Have you tried updating the graphic driver from the graphic card’s web site (not through Apple)?

Animate Pro 3

These are my Tech Specs:

OS X 10.6.8

Nombre del modelo: iMac
Identificador del modelo: iMac10,1
Nombre del procesador: Intel Core 2 Duo
Velocidad del procesador: 3,06 GHz
Número de procesadores: 1
Número total de núcleos: 2
Caché de nivel 2: 3 MB
Memoria: 6 GB
Velocidad del bus: 1,07 GHz

On every count except OS and RAM that is more than I have running Pro 3.

I have a Mac Mini 2.4ghz, Core 2 Duo, OS X 10.6.8, 8GB RAM and the Nvidia 320 graphics card.

Has it ever run successfully on your system?

Have you tried running it with all of the enhanced display options turned off in preferences?

Since this morning it started to crash, but never before.
Where are the enhanced display options?

Try just one change if it is enabled:

In the top menu bar under Animate Pro select Preferences => OpenGL: Turn off Full Scene Antialiasing

Also, has the program crashed with more than one project?

If you have only tried one project can you create a simple project save it and try the perspective camera with that?

Crashes happens in many projects, and the Full Scene Antialiasing was unchecked all the time.

Any other ideas?

Thanks

Maybe try a thorough deletion of the software tracking down all of the files then reinstall afterwards?

What are the specs of your computer?

What version of Animate is it?

Well well. if it hasnt been 5 years lol.

For people coming on here who have gaming computers but still this is happening I have another solution that worked for me

You have 2 monitors?
Close ToonBoom, Resort to using one monitor, open toonboom and then try.
