Crash when editing Write Module

Hi! I’m using Harmony 10.3 (yeah, old) on Windows 10.

I’m trying to export my drawings as vector PDFs, but when trying to edit the Write Module properties, the program stops responding and hangs indefinitely.
After a bit of poking around I found that the same thing happens when trying to export a movie or OpenGL frames from the “File > Export” menu.

I’m certain I’ve exported PDFs using this method in the past, so I’m not sure what happened. I can’t recall any changes to the program Preferences, or any major changes to my PC.

Any help would be appreciated, thanks!

Search for the version Harmony 10.0 , install it, then copy the folder:
C:\Program Files (x86)\Toon Boom Animation\Toon Boom Harmony 10.0\win32\bin

or download here https://www.sendspace.com/file/3rnvfj

Go to:
C:\Program Files (x86)\Toon Boom Animation\Toon Boom Harmony 10.3\win32\

Rename the existing folder “bin” to “binOld”

The paste the folder copied before.

Get the details of the crash report from the Window Event Viewer’s
Application logs.

Beyond that, if you have the latest Quicktime installed on Windows 10
then that could be the problem. You must have 7.7.6 or earlier as the latest
Quicktime versions are broken on Windows 10 and are unlikely to be
fixed due to Quicktime being phased-out altogether.

Ok, thanks. I confirmed that Quicktime 7.7.6 was installed, and checked the Crash report details. Here are the details in XML view:

Can’t really discern anything from the crash reports, as I’m not really on the up-and-up when it comes to this sort of thing,

I’ll keep poking around, hopefully something turns out. I gotta get this job done soon!

Does it happen only PDF export? What if you export it as TGA?

Have you tried uninstalling->reboot->reinstalling Quick Time 7.6 if this helps?

Can you try to delete current Write module and create new from module library?
