Hi! I’m using Harmony 10.3 (yeah, old) on Windows 10.
I’m trying to export my drawings as vector PDFs, but when trying to edit the Write Module properties, the program stops responding and hangs indefinitely.
After a bit of poking around I found that the same thing happens when trying to export a movie or OpenGL frames from the “File > Export” menu.
I’m certain I’ve exported PDFs using this method in the past, so I’m not sure what happened. I can’t recall any changes to the program Preferences, or any major changes to my PC.
Get the details of the crash report from the Window Event Viewer’s
Application logs.
Beyond that, if you have the latest Quicktime installed on Windows 10
then that could be the problem. You must have 7.7.6 or earlier as the latest
Quicktime versions are broken on Windows 10 and are unlikely to be
fixed due to Quicktime being phased-out altogether.
