Crash when auto lip sync

Hi everybody,
I am using Toon Boom Animate Pro and I’m in an advanced part of my animation, and now I have to do a lip sync. I do the map lip sync and then the auto lip sync, but when I try to auto lip sync the program crashes “Animate Toon Boom crashed”, any help please?

Could be the system running out of resources perhaps.
Animate Pro is a 32-bit program and as such can only use
up to 1.6 GB of system RAM.

Can you post the details of the crash report.
