CPU, PROCESOR for HARMONY ¿¿¿AMDvsINTEL???

Hi, thank you for read me.

I want to know what are the diference between AMD or Intel.
Im going to build a pc for use Harmony and want to know the best family of procesors to use.
Firsthly i thought to buy AMD RYZEN, but in the spects of harmony only speaks about intel.
Them i decide to buy Intel.
I think the rendering and drawing requires a good CPU.
The grafic card ins important, and want to know if is better spend more money in the grafic card or the cpu.
I need the PC soon and cant spend more time looking information, sure you know more about that.

My option is

1-Intel Core i5-8600K 3.6GHz BOX

Spend money in Intel or less money in AMD to buy a bether grafic card?

Only Intel CPUs are officially supported but so far all AMD processors appear to be working.
The CPU is not as important as the system’s graphic card which is a much more important
factor in determining the performance in the software.
