Corrupt File/ no Scene Path

We’re getting problems with the program not opening storyboards because it says they’re “corrupt” or “in use.” This has been happening a lot lately. We’re using the latest version of Pro on g5 macs. When we open the file, it pops up a window saying “no scene path” for each scene and we have to force quit the program.

This can happen if the computer crashes while the project is open or if you save across the network and there is a network interruption. It is best in all cases to save locally and then copy the project file to the network location afterwards. To resolve the first situation, Control&Click your project file to “Show Package Contents” and delete the .lock file contained there. If this stilldoes not resolve the issue you should send an email to support@toonboom.com and ftp your project to ftp.toonboom.com/Incoming.
