Converting vector layer to bitmap crops image.

Hello! I’m using Sb Pro 4.1 Version 10.2.2 (10037)

I’m having an issue where when converting a vector layer to bitmap it is being weirdly cropped and a blue dotted box appears around the new bitmap layer. Is there a preference that I can turn on or off that will let me simply convert the full vector layer to bitmap without the cropping?
