Hello - our studio only recently started up the Control Center and wanted to try setting up some jobs for sequences we are animating.
We already have the server and users and everything set up, but after I create a new Environment (project name and #, no spaces) and add a Job in this environment (sequence name and #, no spaces, TD & ATD assigned), it gives me an error as soon as I try to click on it after: “Error Opening Job: [job name].” It doesn’t allow me to access any of the Jobs I create.
This whole Control Center is very new to us so this may be basic, but we’re not sure how to fix this issue.
