Constant Application Crash in Animate

I keep getting different error messages while I use Animate. The most frequent messages are, Fault Module Name: StackHash_e52f, Fault Module Name: ntdll.dll, Fault Module Name: lxdnptpc.dll, and Fault Module Name: Animate.exe.
What should I do
Can Anybody help :’(

Yes, I’ve uninstalled the program about 3 times and its not helping at all. Its to the point that I have to save every two minutes. Thanks for the help though.

You can install the Debugging Tools for Windows and then configure the Windows registry to save a mini crash dump file which you could then send to Toonboom for debugging.

The DumpType should be set to “Mini dump” (1). Toonboom can then use the symbols from their retail build of the product by loading the mini crash dump you send them into windbg.exe.

The msinfo32.exe tool can be used to generate a complete report of your computer’s configuration which can also be sent for debugging purposes.
