I’m using Toon Boom Harmony Essentials 14 on a Surface Pro 7.
I’ve run into an issue where the colour picker seems to be picking from a random spot offset from where my pen actually is. This happens whether using pen, touch, touchpad, or mouse, and happens irrespective of where the colour picker window is placed, or whether the software is minimized or maximized. I’ve tried restarting the program, as well as my Tablet. It’s a fresh install from just a week ago, and this is the first time I’ve tried this feature.
I also tried this on the trial version of Harmony Premium 20. It works, there.
I’ve found a few people discussing this issue, but most if not all were using products running iOS. I’m using Windows 10. Is there any known solution to this issue?
