colour art from line art - undo??

I created colour art from line art, can I put it back together somehow, so when i group it I can move outlines and colour together?

If they are layers of the same element, they already will move together.
For moving things together, use the select tool option in the “Tool Properties” window called “Apply to Line and Color Art”
