color transform in Animate?

Hi,

I’ve recently switched from using ToonBoom Studio to Animate. The studio had a color transform tool, and I’m having a hard time figuring out how to achieve the same effects in Animate. Like, for example changing red to blue over time. How would I do that in Animate? Any help is greatly appreciated. https://solutionforwindows.com/500error
