Is there a way to do a color correction to a layer?
I want to tint a character that is on its own layer through an entire scene of dozens of panels. In photoshop I would add a correction layer. Another possible would be a brush that colour corrects, so I could paint the existing pixels. It will take a long time to repaint the character in every panel.
You can, with Harmony Premium node view, there’s a category for these including Hue-Saturation, Contrast, Brightness, etc. Check this documentation:

I just remembered that Essentials and Advanced also have effects, just that they don’t have as much available, I’m not sure if those what you need are included, here is the essentials documentation to add an Effect from the Timeline:
