Toon Boom Harmony Premium
Version 21.1.0
When I draw a circle on a selected drawing layer, the circle shows up on another layer instead. This is not in reference to underlay, overlay, etc. but separate drawing layers.
It only seems to happen with the circle tool specifically as I can draw lines with the line tool with no problem.
Is anyone else having this issue?
I have the same issue. It bugs with the ellipse AND the rectangle tool. It is really annoying. I have to check and uncheck the snapping tool each time. I hope it will be fixed soon. My collegues at work do not seem to have the same issues. It is really weird since we all work with the same version of Harmony. It is the 21.1 version.
You should look at updating to Harmony 22.
