I recently bought a Cintiq Companion 2 and when I open Harmony the icons are small and the text is large, so it doesn’t fit causing the text to be cut off. I’ve attached examples below. The screen resolution is currently 2048 by 1152. Original resolution is 2560 by 1440. I’ve played with different resolutions but it has 0 effect on then issue. Any ideas? I s need help.
You need to set the text to 100% in the screen display properties
to fix the text.
To get the interface to be larger, lower the screen resolution to
something closer to 1280x1024 (which is the resolution of the
software interface currently). Do not lower the resolution beyond
that or some parts of the interface or menus might not be shown.
I’m having the exact same issue with the Cintiq Companion 2.
Lowering the text size (from 150% to 100%) means only an insect can read the text on my computer, though it did fix the half-hidden text problem.
Changing the resolution makes no difference whatsoever, with the dialogue boxes still cut off.
We shouldn’t have to adjust our computer’s display settings to work with the software, if anything, it should be the other way around. I shouldn’t have to change my display settings and restart the computer every time I want to use Harmony.
Yea, I’m looking for some solutions but no luck so far
