Cintiq Pen misaligned but mouse working

I’m using Storyboard Pro 6 and as of today it’s not working with my cintiq correctly. The pen is extra slow, if it even works when drawing on the stage. Outside the stage it work fantastic. If I use the mouse to draw with everything is working perfectly.

I’ve updated all the drivers on my cintiq and graphics card to attempt to fix the problem with no luck. All my other drawing programs are working perfect, it’s just on the stage of Storyboard Pro I’m having issues.

Any suggestions and help would be greatly appreciated.
