I’m doing a video that requires many changing and flashing colors. For example, a Christmas tree with lights on. Some that flash, and some that change color in a sequential order. Is there a good way to do this in Animate 3 (not pro)?
Depending on how detailed the drawings are, its easiest (and faster) to duplicate the drawings and paint them as needed for each frame.
I think you might be right. Even if I could program some effect to do this, it may still be just as complicated, or more.
