Hi,
I’m working on a mass scene in Toon Boom Harmony.
Now I animated and colored a couple of different characters and want to duplicate them. In order to bring more variety to the mass of characters, I want to change the palette for the duplicated layers, without changing the original or having to re-paint them.
What would be the best / most efficient way to do this?

That’s pretty much the technique I figured out after I posted this, but at that point it seemed more complicated then it actually is (I had a small problem with some composited tones). Works fine now!

If you don’t want to repaint, then you can simply duplicate the character layers. Now take the colour palette and Clone it. Then you can use a Colour Override module, apply the cloned palette to that character, and that’s it.
