Can't retrieve toonboom licence after re-installing the system

Hello, I have a problem with my toonboom licence.

I have recently aquired a new laptop, and I was moving my data from my old laptop to it, for that I retrieved my toonboom licence and moved it to the new laptop. however because of an error and a problem with windows 11, I was forced to reinstall the system. after I did so, Toonboom appears unavailable because acording to the License wizard it has been already installed, like if it was in another computer, when in reality is in none.

Is there a way to retrieve the license so I can actually install it? I fear that it might be lost. my software is “Harmony Premium - Annual Desktop Subscription - Silver Support - Student”
