Can't open toonboom 8

I just bought toonboom 8 but every time I try to open it it crashes and says there was a problem. Any ideas?

Hi,

TB uses Direct3D or OpenGL, have you tried to upgrade your graphic drivers ?

Using a less capable graphic card it can help on Windows to disable the Aero Desktop theme.

Right-click the desktop, select “Personalize” and scroll to the bottom to select one of the “Basic & High-Contrast” themes instead.
