Can't open Toon Boom Harmony 14.0 Essentials

When I click on the program icon it opens the activation wizard (or license wizard) which gives me two options:

[Input Response File]

[More Options]

I click on [More Options] and am presented with another two options:

[Try Now]

[Activate Now]

I click on [Activate Now] and sign in with my credentials and it takes me to “Product Licenses in your account” where it says:

Product: Harmony Essentials - Monthly Desktop Subscription - Silver Support | Action: Already Installed

And I can either go [< Back] or I can press [Finish], at which point the wizard closes and nothing happens.

I have no way to access the actual program, what can I do?

There might be something (usually security-related) blocking
the software’s access to it’s license on your system.
Contact support to investigate this.

The license does appear to have been activated though.

Not yet, unfortunately. I’m working through it with support; I’ll try to remember to post an update here once the problem has been fixed.
