I have the same problem. I bought v2.5 and did the product registration to get a key but when I enter the key the “next” button never becomes available. I’ve tried every combination of caps etc. Any suggestions?

Yes, I sent an email to the academic email address too and after a few emails back and forth they assigned me a new license code which worked perfectly.
