can't import *.tpl files in to timeline or camera

Hi (sorry not good know English)
I’ve got problem with importing the (sample material) in timeline or camera view…Help please. When i drop the templates to timeline, nothin’s happend.(very bad eng)
PS But my material i can create, export or import.

What template pack are you trying to import.
Are you referring about some template packs from the Animate or Animate Pro How To page or the sample material matching the tutorial videos?

Also are you using v1 or v2?

Are you using the PLE or the retail version of the software? Are these the templates that are downloaded from the website?
