Can't import sound

When I try to import any sound I get

"Failed to process sound file (directory path to the soundfile)" and then windows tells me that “ffmpeg.exe” has stoped working.

I won my issue in the “out of this world” contest and got this error in the PLE version. Was hoping that the retail version would be different but that is not the case.

I managed to figure out what was wrong. Apparently Toon Boom didn’t like the encoding that I was using so I exported it with quicktime into something that was more agreeable

There might be a problem with a process that should be installed on your computer - why don’t you go ahead and email support@toonboom.com and they’ll help you to resolve this issue.
