Can't import MOV into Harmony Essentials


I can’t seem to import an MOV.
When I import my video all I see is a white block where the video should be.
The audio, however is working fine. Just no video.

I’m using Win 7, have the latest Quicktime (7.7.9) and far exceed any hardware requirements needed.

It’s a short 20 second video, with the same frame rate as the Harmony scene.

I’ve tried everything that has been suggested in previous threads with no luck. It appears this may be a common problem.

Can someone please let me know what I’m missing, or if there is a workaround?
