Can't Import AI CS4 files to TBS 4

I can’t seem to import my Adobe Illustrator CS4 drawings into TBS 4. When I’ve tried, it comes up blank or crashes. I’ve converted the drawings to PDF files, shortened the name, tried importing from desktop. Any ideas would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!

Hi,

It depend on what you add to your Illustrator file. You may want to save the file in legacy mode as some of the new file format may not load properly.

Hi- I’m still unable to import AI files into TBS 4. Tried using PDF, EPS, but it’s still not working. "Have upgraded from CS4 AI to CS5, but still not working. Any ideas anyone? Thanks
