Hi- I hope I’m not missing something rudimentary here, but in the drawing view I can’t hide layers, checking and unchecking the far left-hand boxes for each layer does nothing.

As far as I know, the Show/Hide-button, the Solo-button and the far left Tick-boxes are mend to be used in the Camera-view…
In Drawing-view, only the selected layer is visible (no hiding required)…
If one likes to see (or hide) other layers as well, switch on (or off) the Auto Light Table (L)…
Or, if you like to see only certain elements, open the Exposure Sheet, right-click any element and choose Send to Static Light Table…
On top of the Exposure Sheet tick the little Logo “Toggle Static Light Table”…
In the window that opens, either check/uncheck the boxes, or right-click any image and make your choice…
