Can anyone help me locate the link to redeem a gift certificate? I have registered my son as a user, but we can not find the link so he can download his Christmas gift.
Our web site and online store have changed and the gift certificates can no longer be redeemed directly due to the different system used which does not support it.
Please contact support@toonboom.com and include the gift certificate number along with the Toon Boom member’s account that you wish the gift certificate to be applied to.
