Can't change audio sample rate

I’m trying to export my videos with sample rate at 48kHz, but it is stuck on 22.05kHz.
Whenever I open the movie export options box, I can change all the settings, but when I close the window, all my changes are erased and stuck on default.

This problem occurred after I reset the layout folder after it got corrupted.

This happens for every new file.

For window file MediaSettings.exe:
HAR11_export_movieSettings

I have tried

  • Resetting Toon Boom

  • Reinstalling Quicktime

  • Restarting my computer

Still nothing changes. Is there a way I can force a new default.

I’m using:

  • Harmony 10.3
  • Quicktime 7.6
  • Windows 8.1

This problem also prevents me from exporting videos with transparency.
