Whenever I sign in witht he wizard, it says “There is no license for Harmony Essentials in your account” but I have purchased a Harmony Essentials Desktop Subscription Monthly Desktop. Please check the screenshot for proof. I have purchaseed a license and would like to use the product

If you changed any of the system’s hardware, the license may need to be
Open the license wizard from the “License Tools” folder
of the software using the options:
Manage Local License
select the license if it’s text is grey and hit the “Repair” button.
