Can't activate after reinstalling Windows

I’ve been paying for a subscription of Harmony Advanced for a few months now, however a few days ago I had to reinstall Windows 10 on my computer and I can not get Toon Boom Harmony to activate. Since this is a subscription I am unable to “return” my activation and re-activate it on this fresh install and when I sign in with my ID it tells me that there is no license for Harmony Advanced in my account, although it is listed on the product licenses in my account.

Would appreciate help ASAP.
