I just bought a months subscription for Storyboard Pro, prior to that I used it for the 21 day trial. During the trial period I created a storyboard, but now whenever I open it up with the new subscription I got for it, it saying it can’t read ANY of the drawings. In the thumbnail/layers section I see all the drawings and layers are still there, but in the drawing section nothing is showing up, and every time I click on a specific panel it just says “the following errors occurred” and lists all the drawings it can’t read.
I saved multiple versions of the file, but that doesn’t seem to have worked, because NONE of them are opening. What’s going on? Can I retrieve my files/drawings? I’ve also attached a picture of what comes up when I click on a specific panel.
