Cannot Import Video Into Harmony

I cannot seem to figure out how to make importing a video into Harmony work.

I am using windows 10

I am exporting a video I have edited from Divinci Resolve in a video file

Harmony will not import any video file type I attempt to insert. Whenever I do it never shows the proper menu that I have seen in videos for reference.

All I want is to import it so I can animate on top of it.

I have same problem. I can´t import any video. I tried everything, but nothing works

Only export a video from Premiere Pro as JPG sequence is working
