cannot customize toolbar

I cannot customize the tool bar because "customize " is greyed out. How do I activate it?

HiIf you right click on the different toolbars you will see that some are customizable others are not.Best regardsIvar

Thanks Ivar.I actually figured out the problem the day after I’d posted – I’d forgotten to check the box “Flat tool toolbar” under Global UI and then relaunch the program.And then I forgot to return to this forum…
