My Mac crashed and I had to reinstall the system from backup. I was happily running Harmony on Catalina before the crash but now it will not work. I am prompted to activate the license and get to a page which lists product licenses in my account (attached). However when I press the activate button I get an (0) error message (attached). Any ideas?
