Camera zoom affects particles size

Hello, I made a custom cigar smoke simulation and when I make a zoom with the camera, the particles maintain the same size in relation to the camera view.

I mean, when the camera is capturing the entire scene the size of every clouds is ok but when I zoom in the face of the character the clouds appear very small (because the size is adjusted to the new camera view, relatively with the face, the particles are now much smaller than before the zoom). How I could achieve to maintain the size of the clouds when I zoom in and zoom out as the characters do automatically?

My preliminary judgement, you can add a peg to the cloud particles connected the character, this character when scaling, cloud particle will follow scaling.
